I use a credit system. Credits do not expire. One credit is equivalent to 1 hour of work. I’m pretty fast and I know my way around most plugins and online tools however there are times that I may need to do a little research of my own and get back to you. I am very transparent and if I don’t know I’ll tell you. I’ll utilize all my resources to find solutions and if I’m unable to solve the issue for you I’ll refund you back all your money no questions asked.

I’ve found that the most beneficial approach to these session is to allow you to take the wheel and while I help you steer. This way you’ll also learn in the process. If you just want a done for you service then you can schedule a consultation.
Yes! All our sessions will be recorded on zoom and be available within 12-24hrs of our meeting. I’ll also share a brief summary of what we are able to accomplish. If you need more time you can schedule that in the meeting.
Once we’ve scheduled a time to meet for the session I’ll have a brief consultation to figure our your immediate needs and then we’ll either start working on the spot and begin or schedule an appropriate time to work through the tech stuff.
The answer is it depends. I know that you’re coming to me because you want to resolve your problem quickly or find your solution immediately. Some integration and take longer than others and in some cases they require troubleshooting. Once we’ve discussed what your needs are and possible solutions I will give you an estimate time line to completion.
